摘  要:目的:调查陕南地区汉族人群9个STR基因座(D3S1358,vWA,FGA,D8S1179,D21S11,D18S51,D5S818,D13S317,D7S820)的遗传多态性分布.方法:采用ABI-310分析仪对Profiler Plus系统的9个STR基因座的复合扩增产物进行电泳分离和四色荧光自动分析检测.结果:在449名无关个体中,共检测到104个等位基因,基因频率分布在0.0011-0.3579之间.9个STR基因座的基因型分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P〉0.05).9个STR基因座的多态信息量均大于0.6765,杂合度均大于0.7248,个体识别力均大于0.8751,非父排除率均大于0.4589,随机个体相同表型的偶合率在0.0405-0.1294之间.结论:获得了陕西地区汉族人群9个STR座位的多态性分布资料;陕西汉族人群的9个STR座位具有较高的遗传多态性,可用于法医亲子鉴定、个体识别和人类群体遗传学等研究领域.AIM: To study the genetic polymorphisms of 9 short tandem repeat loci (D3S1358, vWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317, D7S820) in Han population living in Shannan area of Shaanxi Province. METHODS: The data of Han population were generated by co-amplification using the Profiler Plus PCR system and subjected to GeneScan, genotype and genetic distribution by 310 DNA genetic sequencer. RESULTS: Out of a total of 449 individuals, 104 alleles (9 STR loci) were detected, with allelic frequencies ranging from 0.0011 -0.3579. The genotype distribution of the 9 STR loci fitted Hardy-Weinberg balance (P 〉 0. 05 ). The polymorphism information content (PIC) of the 9 STR loci was ≥ 0. 6765, heterozygosity (H) of nine STR loci ≥ 0. 7296, power of discrimination (DP) of the 9 STR loci≥0. 7248, and probability of paternity exclusion of the 9 STR loci≥0. 4589. The matching probability ranged from 0.0405 to 0. 1294. CONCLUSION : These 9 STR loci of Han population living in the area of Shannan, Shaanxi province have higher genetic polymorphisms ,and can be used as the genetic markers of Han population in the studies of anthropology, population genetics, individual identification and paternity test in forensic science.
