摘　　要：辅导员作为高校学生思想政治教育的引导员,对当前大学生正确的人生观、世界观的形成起到至关重要的作用;并对社会的和谐稳定与发展起到积极的作用。当前社会政治、经济环境与改革开放初期发生显著变化。如何在新形势下把握学生思想的最新动态,以及培养学生崇高的品德素养,成为新时期辅导员工作的重心。As the guider of the ideological and political education of the university students, the moral educator plays a key role in the formation of the university students＇proper philosophy and the world outlook and an active role in the harmony.stability and the development of the society. Compared with the initial stage of the reform and opening up, the current social politics and the economic environment have changed a lot. How to grasp the newest trends of the students＇ ideology and bring up their moral character has already become the focus of the moral educator＇s work in the new period.
