摘　　要：探讨新时期高校科研实验室管理中存在的问题,提出按学科专业优化调整科研实验资源,加强科研与本科教学有机结合,严把科研设备质量关,实行仪器设备开放管理,强化实验室安全措施,重视废弃物回收处理等解决办法。This paper discusses the problems in the management of research lab at universities, and proposes some solutions： adjusting the research experiment resources according to different specialities, strengthening the combination of teaching and research, assuring the quality of research equipment, carrying out a open management of equipments, strengthening safety precautions of research labs, and attaching importance to recovery processing of castoff.
