深圳市龙岗区2006年部分市售食品铅污染状况分析

摘　　要：目的:检测龙岗区9类市售食品的铅含量,以分析其污染状况。方法:按照国家标准GB/T5009.12-2003进行,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测样品的铅含量。结果:在所检测的9类155件食品样品中,共4件铅含量高于限值,超标率为2.6%。结论:结果显示,本地区这几类食品中铅污染不严重,但由于在多种食品中都有检出,说明存在不同程度的积累,仍对人体健康存在潜在的威胁。Objective：To determine the contents of lead in different food from Longgang and understand contamination situation of lead in food.Methods：Lead contents in foods were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry according to national standard method.Results：A total of 155 samples of 9 kinds of foods were determined.It was found that 2.6% of samples were over standard.Conclusion：The pollution of lead in Longgang is not very serious.However,lead detected in many kinds of food stuffs means that there is accumulation and potential harmful impact on human health.
