摘  要:目的:检测龙岗区9类市售食品的铅含量,以分析其污染状况。方法:按照国家标准GB/T5009.12-2003进行,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测样品的铅含量。结果:在所检测的9类155件食品样品中,共4件铅含量高于限值,超标率为2.6%。结论:结果显示,本地区这几类食品中铅污染不严重,但由于在多种食品中都有检出,说明存在不同程度的积累,仍对人体健康存在潜在的威胁。Objective:To determine the contents of lead in different food from Longgang and understand contamination situation of lead in food.Methods:Lead contents in foods were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry according to national standard method.Results:A total of 155 samples of 9 kinds of foods were determined.It was found that 2.6% of samples were over standard.Conclusion:The pollution of lead in Longgang is not very serious.However,lead detected in many kinds of food stuffs means that there is accumulation and potential harmful impact on human health.
