摘　　要：从组织机构、运作机制、法律体系、预警措施、风险管理、技术能力等角度对美国食品安全预警体系进行了分析。同时,对我国食品安全预警体系的建设提出了一些参考建议。This paper discusses the food safety alert system of the organization construction, management, technical capacity operation mechanism, law and so on. At last several system, United States focusing prevention action, suggestions are provided for on risk the construction of Chinese food safety alert system.
