摘　　要：市场经济迫切要求全社会每个公民必须具备较高的经济素质,它对国家经济持续发展非常重要。提高社会公众经济素质的重要途径是经济教育。同时,新兴就业人员经济素质的提高是推动整个社会进步的动力和源泉,对于社会发展具有重要的意义。Market economy requires urgently each citizen of the whole society must possess higher economic quality, it is very important to the sustained economic development of a country. An impoaant approach of improving social economy quality is economy education.Meanwhile,the enhancement of emerging employed people＇s economic quality is the power and source of promoting the progress of the whole society,and it is significant to the social development.
