摘　　要：教学方法是教学的灵魂所在,它影响学生的创新能力和综合素质的培养。在《法学概论》课程的教学中,应用案例教学法,对于完成教学任务、提高教学质量、实现人才培养方案等都具有重要作用。Teaching method is the spirit of the teaching, and it influences the cultivation of students＇ innovation ability and comprehensive quality. In the teaching of An Introduction to Jurisprudeace, the application of the case teaching method has an important role in completing teaching tasks, improving teaching quality and realizing talent training plan.
