摘 要:广义最小方差自校正控制器适用于过程模型已知,但参数缓慢变化且具有外干扰的随机系统。这种控制器具有算法简单,用一台微型计算机就可以实现的特点,因此具有实用价值。文章通过增加加权项和对系统极点位置进行配置的方法,对广义最小方差自校正控制器进行了改进,研究出性能优异的控制策略,最后将其应用于校直机电液伺服控制系统。仿真表明,该方法能够满足精校机电液位置伺服系统高精度、快响应的要求。A generalized minimum variance self-tuning controller is applicable to the random system of outside interference whose process model has already know, but the parameters' changing is slow-moving. This kind of controller has the characteristics which are simple arithmetic and easily carrying out with a set microcomputer, so it has practical value. This paper proposes the generalized minimum variance self-tuning controller and studies a control strategy with excellent functions by adding weighting items and carrying on an allocation to the position of pokes of system. It is applied to the electro-hydraulic position servo system of the precise straightening machine. The simulation shows that this method can satisfy the electro-hydraulic position servo system of the precise straightening machine that requires better accuracy and quick response.
