摘　　要：新形势下,企业要树立良好的形象就必须积极培育优秀的独具特色的企业文化。本文简述了企业文化及影响企业文化形成和发展的因素,指出新形势下培育特色企业文化的途径。Under the new situation, an enterprise must cultivate excellent enterprise culture with its own characteristics if it wants to set up a good image. This article summarizes the enterprise culture and the factors which influence its formation and development. It also points out the new way of cultivating the enterprise culture with characteristics.
