摘　　要：教育经费问题是关系教育发展的重要因素,也是影响西部地区基础教育发展的重要原因。从西部地区基础教育经费的整体现状出发,分析了西部地区基础教育经费存在的问题及原因,并提出了相关的对策。The education funds question is relates the education development the important attribute, The article embarked from the western area overall elementaryeducation funds present situation, has analyzed the western areaelementary education funds existence question and the reason, andproposed the related countermeasure.
