摘　　要：随着我国远程教育事业的发展,远程教育教学质量已经成为我国政府和社会都非常关注的问题。远程教育教学质量评估作为保证和提高远程教育教学质量的重要手段,已经逐渐受到政府、研究机构和研究人员的重视。本文运用系统的思想,对远程教育教学质量保证体系进行了深入研究,初步构建了我国现代远程教育质量保证体系总体框架。With the rapid development of Distance Education （DE） in China, the quality of DE has become a focus in China. As an important method of assuring and developing DE quality, DE quality evaluation has gotten more and more attention from governments, academic institutions and researchers. Based on the principles and ideas about DE quality evaluation, the thesis correlates the theory with practice, takes quahtative-quantitative-analysis approach and makes systematical studies of DE quality evaluation system under the direction of DE and management theory and constructs a modern DE quality evaluation system.
