湖南省肿瘤医院1987～1991年及2004～2006年住院病例病种构成分析

摘　　要：目的分析本院1987～1991年及2004～2006年两个阶段住院治疗的八大类恶性肿瘤病人的病种构成，为本省的肿瘤防治提供科学依据。方法统计分析和比较1987～1991年及2004～2006年两个阶段在本院住院治疗的八大类恶性肿瘤病例的病种构成比及顺位变化。结果结果显示：①1987～1991年住院病例中前四位恶性肿瘤分别是鼻咽癌、肺癌、宫颈癌和乳腺癌，2004～2006年住院病例中前四位恶性肿瘤为肺癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、鼻咽癌；②两个阶段相比较，鼻咽癌、食道癌下降明显（P〈0.01），子宫颈癌、女性乳腺癌、大肠癌、肝癌、胃癌上升明显（P〈0.01）；③宫颈癌的平均住院年龄提前近5a（P〈0.05）。结论肺癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、鼻咽癌已经成为湖南省肿瘤医院住院病人中的主要恶性肿瘤，需引起肿瘤防治部门的重视。Objective To analyze the composition of eight kinds of hospitalized malignant tumor cases from 1987 to 1991 and 2004 to 2006 in Hunan Tumor Hospital, and to provide the scientific basis for our province tumor prevention and treatment. Methods The composition ratio and cis-position of eight kinds of hospitalized malignant tumor cases from 1987 to 1991 and 2004 to 2006 in Hunan Tumor Hospital were compared, and the change situation of their composition ratio and cis-position were analyzed. Results ①The results showed that the former four of hospitalized malignant tumor cases were nasopharyngeal cancer, lung cancer, cervical cancer and breast cancer from 1987 to 1991, and they were lung cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer from 2004 to 2006; ②Compared to two stages, the composition ratio of nasopharyngeal cancer and esophageal cancer decreased significantly （P〈0.01）, and the composition ratio of cervical cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, and stomach cancer increased significantly （P〈0.01）; ③The average hospitalization age of cervical cancer from 2004 to 2006 was higher nearly five-year-old age than the former. Conclusions Lung cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma tumor in Hunan Province Tumor hospital have become the main malignant tumors of hospital in-patients. The branch of treatment and prevention of tumour needs to arouse the attention.
