摘　　要：应用３因素８水平的均匀设计方法，优化出维胺酯－β－环糊精包合物最佳制备条件，所得包合物的包合率为９９．３％，其表观稳定常数为１３９４Ｍ－１．In this study 3 factors and 8 levels of conditions for the preparation of the retinamido ester β CD inclusion complex were selected by the uniform design.An optimal condition was established.Under the optimal conditions the inclusion complex was prepared.The drug,including rate was 99 3%.The apparently stability constant of the inclusion complex was 1294 M -1 .
