胃癌中RhoC和MMP-9的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨RhoC基因和基质金属蛋白酶9(matrixmetalloproteinases-9,MMP-9)基因在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测120例胃癌组织中RhoC和MMP-9的表达。结果120例胃癌组织中RhoC和MMP-9阳性率分别为80.00%(96/120)、85.83%(103/120),两者表达存在相关性(P<0.05)。RhoC和MMP-9表达与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移和肿瘤临床分期有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论RhoC和MMP-9蛋白在胃癌中过量表达与胃癌的发生发展密切相关,检测RhoC和MMP-2蛋白表达对于评估胃癌的预后有一定意义。Objective To investigate the expressions of RhoC and MMP-9 in gastric carcinoma （GC） and their relationship to clinicopathological factors. Methods Immunohistochemical staining SP method was used to detect the expressions of RhoC and MMP-9 in 120 cases of GC. Results The positive rates of RhoC and MMP-9 ex pressions were 80. 00% and 85.83% respectively, and there was a significant correlation between them. The expressions of RhoC and MMP-9 in GC were not correlated with the gender of patients, tumor differentiation and histological type, but significantly associated with the depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and pTNM,stage Conclusion The overexpression of RhoC and MMP-9 proteins may play an important role in carcinogenesis and . progession of gastric carcinoma. It is significant for prognosis to examine RhoC and MMP-9 protein expressions immunohistochemically.
