摘  要:以多功能路面清雪车电液比例阀控系统为研究对象,提出了一种提高多功能路面清雪车运作率的模糊-智能PID(Proportion Integral Differential,比例、微分、积分)复合控制器,并将其与常规PID控制模糊控制等控制策略进行比较论证、仿真分析和试验研究。该控制器能够弥补常规PID控制因某些原因造的系统不稳定,将PID控制的简单、鲁棒性好和可靠性高等优点应用到模糊控制系统中,充分显现模糊控和PID控制的双重优点。简单概述了模糊控制的原理、特点和PID控制的原理等基本知识。鉴于智能PID制与模糊控制相结合的原理的可行性而提出了模糊-智能PID控制器,并将其应用在清雪车的液压系统中通过仿真试验证明它的可行性。Taking electro-hydraulic valve control system on multi-function road snow clearing vehicle as a study object, a fuzzy-intelligent PID(Proportion Integral Differential) combined controller which can increase operation efficiency of the vehicle is suggested in the article and verification, simulation analysis and test research are conducted in comparison with conventional PID control, fuzzy control and other control strategies. The controller can compensate the system non-stability in conventional PID control due to certain causes while appling the advantages of simplicity, high robustness and high reliability of PID control to fuzzy control system to fully reveal the advantages of both fuzzy control and PID control. Basic knowledge of principle and characteristics of fuzzy control as well as principle of PID control is briefly described. In view of the theoretical feasibility to combine fuzzy control with intelligent PID, fuzzy-intelligent PID controller is suggested and employed in hydraulic system of snow clearing vehicle. Its feasibility is demonstrated by a simulation test.
