摘　　要：根据微生物学课程教学的特点,充分利用Internet信息资源,及时更新课件内容,使理论和实验教学更直观、生动,同时激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生接受和掌握基本知识的主观能动性,取得了较好的教学效果。According to the teaching characteristics of microbiology course, information resources of the Internet was fully utilized to update the content of courseware in time, and make the theory and experimental teaching to be more objective and vivid, and these vitalized students＇interest in learning, and improved students＇dynamism to accept and master basic knowledge, and a fairy good teaching results were derived.
