摘 要:目的为预防亚硝酸盐食物中毒的发生,减少化学性食物中毒的发生率和死亡率,保障人民身体健康。方法对江阴市2006年和2007年的2起家庭中引起亚硝酸盐食物中毒的事件进行剖析。结果群众对来路不明的盐缺乏知识,误用误食是2起亚硝酸盐食物中毒的主要原因。结论加强亚硝酸盐管理、普及卫生知识和健康教育是预防亚硝酸盐中毒的有效途径,一旦中毒以后及时救治是挽救生命的唯一方法。[ Objective] To prevent the occurrence of nitrite food poisoning, reduce the incidence and mortality of chemical food poisoning and guarantee the people's health. [ Methods] Analysis was made on two cases of food poisoning induced by family nitrite misuse in Jiangyin City in the year of 2006 and 2007. [ Results] was the lack of knowledge of the unidentified salt. [ Conclusion] The major reason for the food poisoning induced by nitrite misuse To strengthen the nitrite management, spread the hygienic knowl- edge and health education are the effective measures to prevent nitrite poisoning; prompt emergency care is the only method to safe life.
