摘 要:目的快速分析由微生物引起的71人群体食物中毒的病原菌。方法按GB/T4789.1—14—2003、微生物学及微生物学检验中的方法。结果结合71名食物中毒患者的流行病学调查,样品采集24h后即有了目标菌的初步结果,最后结果与初步结果相符。结论这是一起由侵袭性大肠埃希菌引起的食物中毒。在优势菌生长旺盛的情况下,样品检测可以快速确定初步结果,为事故处理提供参考依据。[ Objective] To rapidly analyze the pathogen of 71 persons'crowd food poisoning induced by microorganism. [ Methods] GB/T 4789.1-14- 2003, microbiology and microbiological examination methods were applied. [ Results ] Referring to the epidemiologic research of 71 persons'food poisoning, only 24h later, a preliminary result was obtained for the detection of the causative agent; the final result agreed with the preliminary result. [ Conclusion] This is a food poisoning induced by invasive Escherichia coli ; preliminary result can be obtained rapidly through the sample detection under the condition of prosperous growth of the advantageous bacteria and provide referential basis for the handling of the incident.
