摘  要:研究了气口预喷射乙醇、缸内直喷生物柴油双燃料系统的燃烧特性和排放特性。研究表明,随着乙醇预混合比的增加着火时刻推迟,峰值放热率增加。在较小的总当量比下,峰值放热率增加幅度不大,最大气缸压力和最高温度降低,放热结束时刻差别较小。在较大的当量比下,燃烧持续时间拉长;但随着乙醇比例的增加峰值放热率增加很快,放热结束时刻显著提前,最大压力升高率在预混合比例为20%-40%的某点达到极值,此时热效率最高。乙醇的加入使得HC和CO排放明显增加,但是却使得NOx和碳烟排放同时大幅度下降。在1800r/min的各种负荷下,NOx和碳烟排放相对纯生物柴油降低35%-85%。In this study, the combustion and emission characteristics of a dual fuel engine using direct injection of bio-diesel and port injection of ethanol were investigated. The heat release analysis shows that the introduction of ethanol fuel by port injection leads to the delaying in the ignition timing and slight increasing in the maximum heat release rate. For a fixed leaner fuel/air mixture, the peak value of the heat release rate increases slightly while the maximum gas pressure and in-cylinder gas temperature decrease. The indicated thermal efficiency decreases with the increase of ethanol proportion. For a rich fuel/air mix-ture, the increase in ethanol proportion leads to a rapid increase in the maximum heat release rate, and the combustion duration decreases. The maximum value of heat release rate and the indicated thermal efficiency reach their peak value at the ethanol ratio between 20% - 40%. The introduction of the ethanol fuel by port injection leads to the decrease in NOx emission and smoke opacity decreases by 35% - 85% for the investigated operating conditions.
