摘　　要：目的:初步评价牙科全瓷材料3Y-TZP生物相容性。方法:根据ISO标准采用体外细胞毒实验(MTT法)测试不同浓度和浸提时间的材料浸提液L-929小鼠结缔组织成纤维细胞的影响从而对全瓷材料3Y-TZP的生物相容性进行初筛。结果:各浓度组OD值均与阴性对照无显著性差异(P>0.05),与阳性组差异显著(P<0.01),材料毒性级别0级。结论:两种材料体外细胞毒实验阴性,初步认为材料具有较好的生物相容性。Objective To preliminarily evaluate the biocompatibility of 3Y-TZP which were used as a new dental all-ceramic materials. Methods According to ISO standards, in vitro cytotoxicity-test （MTT method） on L-929 cell were carried on. Results The OD-value of each test group were similar to the negative control and significantly different from positive control which indicated that the materials tested were safe to L-929 cells. Conclusion It is preliminarily estimated that 3Y-TZP is a safe material for dental clinical application.
