摘　　要：教学督导工作有"督"和"导"两个方面的和谐运作机制,这对培养中青年教师提高教学质量具有重要作用。彰显师德、锤炼技艺、加深造诣、教书育人更是督导工作要特别加以注意的深层次问题。The operational mode of didactical work include both superintendence and guide. The relationship of them is positive and coordinating. It is very important for young teachers, expecially in training work and the improvement of didactical quality. The deep - seated aspect of didactical work , which need special attention, is advocating virture, hammer- honldning workmanship and deepening attainment.
