摘　　要：高等教育对教师的教育技术能力提出了更高的要求,高校教师教育技术培训要获得"质"的飞跃,必须对培训方法进行革新。文章从分析高校教师教育技术培训存在的主要问题出发,将信息技术类课程的创新模式——"干线式"方法引入教师教育技术培训,在培训方法和内容上取得了突破,获得良好的教学效果。The educational technology training of college teachers calls for a new kind of teaching model. Starting from analyzing the chief problems of college teachers＇ educational technology training, the thesis puts forward the idea that the innovative model of information technology course--＂Trunk-line＂ method should be introduced into the training courses. Based on the analysis of the ＂Trunk-line＂ method of the college teachers＇ educational technology training, the thesis then elaborates on its practical links.
