层粘连蛋白及其受体67KD Ln-R在直肠癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨直肠癌中层粘连蛋白(laminin,Ln)及其受体(Laminin receptor,Ln-R)表达的特征及与直肠癌临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测68例直肠癌、20例正常直肠组织的Ln和67KD Ln-R蛋白表达。结果Ln的表达在直肠癌的阳性率为60.3%,明显高于直肠正常组织的0%(P<0.05)。Ln表达与浸润深度及分化程度密切相关(P<0.05)。Ln在基膜和胞浆同时表达的患者中,有无淋巴结转移者,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在直肠癌中67KDLn-R表达阳性率为47.06%,明显高于直肠正常组织的5%(P<0.05)。67KD Ln-R在浸润深度及分化程度组中的表达上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ln、67KD Ln-R的表达与肿瘤良恶性有关,与直肠癌的分化程度、浸润深度相关,且Ln、67KD Ln-R表达的阳性率随肿瘤分化程度的降低、浸润深度的增加而增高。Objective To investigate the expression of laminin（Ln） and 67KD laminin receptor（ 67KD Ln-R）, and evaluate the correlation to the clinical and clinicopathological parameters of tumor in patients with rectal cancer. Methods The expressions of Ln and 67KD Ln-R were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method in 20 normal rectal tissues and 68 rectal cancer tissues. Results The difference of the positive rate of Ln was significant between rectal cancer tissues（ 60.3% ） and normal rectal tissues（O% ） （P 〈0.05 ）. The expression of Ln was closely interrelated to the invaslve depth and differentiation degree（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the expressive rate of Ln between matrix and cytoplasm in the cases with or without lymphatic metastasis（ P 〉0.05 ）. The positive rate of 67KD Ln-R in rectal cancer tissues（47.06% ） was significant higher than that in normal rectal tissues（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The expression of 67KD Ln-R was also closely interrelated to the invasive depth and differentiation degree（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions The expression of Ln and 67KD Ln-R protein is related to the histological feature （benign or malignant） ,the invasive depth and differentiation degree in patients with rectal cancer. The positive rate of Ln and 67KD Ln-R protein both increases with the decline of tumor cell differentiation degree and the increment of invasive depth.
