高校学科建设的生态化建设目标

摘　　要：学科生态环境对于高校的生存和发展具有决定性作用。通过对学科生态环境的构成因素分析,运用生态学理论,提出高校学科建设的生态化建设目标应该是:(1)准确定位,即找准自身在学科整体发展中的学科生态位;(2)维持平衡,即学科的规模、结构和水平要保持平衡;(3)优胜劣汰,协同进化,最终取得学科建设的共生共荣。Discipline environment plays a decisive role in universities＇existence and development. Based on ecology theory, the paper analyzes the factors of Discipline environment and points out the ecotypic goals of discipline construction in universities： （1）Accurate orientation - finding out its own ecological position in the general development of discipline ; （2） Maintenance of balance - scales, structure and levels keeping balance ; （3） Survival of the fittest, making progress together with each other and realizing common prosperity of all disciplines.
