摘 要:为给混凝土基层耐久性沥青路面结构设计提供依据,利用均匀设计表安排对混凝土基层底面荷载应力有显著性影响的因素组合,采用三维有限元方法计算混凝土基层底面在标准轴载,以及单轴-单轮、单轴-双轮和双轴-双轮等不同轴载作用下的荷载应力,对计算结果进行回归分析,并分析了轴轮型对基层荷载应力的影响。结果表明:不同轴-轮载作用下,混凝土基层底面的荷载应力与面层厚度、基层厚度、基层模量、地基模量等因素之间存在良好相关关系;此外,双轴-双轮组荷载在基层底面产生的荷载应力小于单轴-单轮组和单轴-双轮组,因此通过增加轴数和轮胎数目可以有效缓解重载、超载车辆对路面的破坏作用。In order to provide design basis for durable asphalt pavement structure with concrete base, utilizing uniform design chart to arrange the prominent factors combination to concrete base load stress, the load stresses of concrete base bottom at different actions of standard load, singleaxle and single-wheel load, single-axle and two-wheel load, and two-axle and two-wheel load were calculated with three-dimensional finite element method. The calculation results were regressed and the influence of axle-wheel-style to base load stress were analyzed. The results show that there are good relationships between load stress of concrete base bottom and the factors of surface course depth, base depth, base module and subground module when base subjected to different axle-wheel loads. Besides, the load stress at base bottom with two-axle and two-wheel load is smaller than that of single-axle and single-wheel load and single-axle and two-wheel load. Therefore, the destruction effect of heavy load and overload to pavement structure can be decreased effectively by increasing axles and tyres.
