摘　　要：调查了五峰县茶业龙头企业建设的发展和茶农收入情况,结果表明:龙头企业建设是农民增收的关键因素,讨论了对龙头企业建设与农民增收问题的体会。On the base of investigating the situation of leading enterprise construction and income of local tea-planter in Wufeng town, the construction of leading enterprise as the key factor to the peasant increase income was analyzed. Circling on the government supports, the brand integrates, technical service and improves core competition several aspects, the understanding of the leading enterprise construction to the increase of peasant＇s income was discussed.
