摘 要:在陇海线郑徐段200 km.h-1提速区段上对5座涵顶填方厚度为0.52~0.85 m的涵洞,采用160km.h-1提速列车分别在其上、下行线(上行铺设弹性轨枕,下行铺设普通轨枕)拉锯运行,实测和分析车辆、轨道、涵洞和路基动力响应的各种参数,并仿真分析200 km.h-1提速列车通过涵洞时的动力学性能。结果表明:在路基状态良好、道床厚度为30 cm以上时,不管铺设弹性轨枕与否,均能满足200 km.h-1提速列车运行安全性、平稳性和乘坐舒适性的要求;在填方厚度不足1.2 m的涵洞区段,枕下支承刚度存在不均匀现象,其程度受路基状态、涵洞跨度及结构形式的影响,路基状态良好地段的不均匀现象不明显,反之则比较突出;铺设弹性轨枕可调整枕下支承刚度,降低道床振动加速度,但轨枕垂向位移、振动加速度以及钢轨动弯应力有所增大;涵顶的填方厚度能够有效降低涵顶的振动幅值和动力系数,而弹性轨枕对涵顶的振动幅值和动力系数基本没有衰减作用。This paper presents a test study on the dynamic response of vehicle, track, culvert and subgrade when the 160 km · h^-1 passenger cars run over five culverts on the 200 km · h^-1 speed-increase part of Zhengzhou-Xuzhou section of Lianyungang-Lanzhou railway in China. The depths of filled soil of culverts are between 0. 52 to 0. 85 m. 160 km · h^-1 speed-increase passenger cars run round-trip on up line and down line respectively. Elastic sleepers were laid on the up line and common sleepers were laid on the down line. And the dynamic performances are simulated and analyzed when the 200 km · h^-1 speed-increase passenger cars run over culverts. The test and analysis results show that if the subgrade is in good condition and the thickness of track bed meets 30 cm, whether elastic sleepers are laid or not, it can satisfy the demand of riding stability, running safety and riding comfort of the 200 km ·h^-1 speed-increase trains. In culvert section with the depth of filled soil less than 1.2 m, the supporting stiffness under sleepers are non-uniform, the extent of non-uniform depends on the subgrade state, culvert span and structure form. Non-uniform phenomena are not obvious when the subgrade is in good condition. Contrariwise, non-uniform phenomena are obvious when the subgrade is in bad condition. Laying elastic sleepers can adjust the supporting stiffness under sleeper, reduce the vibration acceleration of track bed, whereas increase the vertical displacement, vibration acceleration of sleeper and the dynamic bend stress of rail. Increasing depth of filled soil of culverts can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude and the impact factor of the top of culverts, and laying elastic sleepers has no influence on the vibration amplitude and impact factor of the top of culverts.
