摘　　要：全国大学生数学建模竞赛在促进学校教学质量的提高,提升教师教学业务水平,提高学生综合素质等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。文章结合近年来全国大学生数学建模竞赛的具体情况,提出了大学生数学建模竞赛的质量控制与创新能力培养的具体措施。CUMCM plays a more and more important part in promoting universities＇ teaching quality, advancing teachers＇ teaching skills and research abilities, and improving students＇ comprehensive quality. Combined with the special situation of CUMCM in recent years, this paper elaborates that CUMCM is useful to train students＇ innovative ability, and put forward measures on improving the quality of CUMCM and training innovative ability.
