摘　　要：传统纸质病案的数字化是整个医院信息化进程中的重要步骤。本文针对病案数字化采集和管理的需求特点,介绍了一个实用的病案影像存储服务系统的设计和实现。该系统实现了对扫描得到的病案影像的存储、传输、浏览、打印和管理。且有界面友好、可靠性高、易于现有医疗信息系统集成等特点。通过较长时间的实际使用,该系统运行稳定,有效发挥了病案在医、教、研方面的真正价值和作用。Digitization of the conventional medical record is a very important step in the progress of hospital information system.Aiming at the character of the collection and management of digitized medical record,the article introduces the design and implementation of the medical record image service system.It can implement the storage,transmission,browsing,printing and management of the electronic medical record with friendly interface and high reliability,facilitating the integration of existing hospital information system.Being used for a long time,this system runs steadily and has played an important role in health care,teaching and research.
