摘　　要：21世纪是文化的时代。当前,许多企业已经充分认识到企业文化的必要性和不可估量的巨大作用,开始了对企业文化建设的尝试。作为企业文化建设的第一步,企业文化测量的重要性凸现出来。文中通过对前人研究成果进行整理,分析了国内外企业文化测评研究现状。The 21st century is the era of culture, the enterprise which wants to be successtul must be tully ware ot the necessity of the culture and powerful function. At present, most enterprises have already started to try to construct the enterprise culture, as the first step of the enterprise culture construction, the importance of enterprise culture＇s measurement have come out,through reorganizing the predecessor＇s research results,this paper analyzed the present situation of enterprise culture measurement domestic and foreign.
