摘　　要：将服务的动力理论和服务创新动力模型,运用到高校科技创新服务中,得出高校科技创新服务动力模型,并提出建立高校产业园、发展校办知识性服务企业等建议,以改善高校科技创新服务能力。University,as a major knowledge supplier,plays an important role in the technology innovation service system. In order to perform the leading role of university in technology innovation service system effectively,this paper introduces the service dynamic theory and the dynamic model of service innovation into the university technology innovation service,and builds the dynamic model of university technology innovation service. Finally,we give some suggestions ,such as building university industrial parks ,advancing knowledge-intensive service enterprises originated by university,and perfecting consultancy service organizations,to improve the ability of university technology innovation service.
