摘 要:介绍了应用于超短脉冲系统光谱整形的声光光谱均衡器,描述了声光光谱均衡器的工作原理,着重介绍了光谱均衡器关键指标光谱调整范围、分辨率、衍射效率的设计方法,得到了通光口径乃3mm、控制光谱范围770-830nm、8路独立控制及峰值衍射效率80%的实验结果。该均衡器可对超短脉冲系统的激光光强进行动态调节,克服增益窄化效应而保持较宽的光谱,给出了在系统中的测量光谱结果图。This paper introduces the operation principle of the A-O spectrum equalizer for spectrum shaping in ultra-short pulse system. The design methods of key data, such as spectrum adjusting range, resolution and diffraction efficiency, are specially introduced. φ3 mm of clear aperture, spectrum control range of 770-830 nm, 8 routes independent control and peak diffraction efficiency of 80% are obtained. Laser light intensity in the ultrashort pulse system can be adjusted dynamically by the equalizer. It overcomes the gain-narrowing effect and keeps a rather wide spectrum. The measured spectrum diagrams in the system are also given in this paper.
