摘　　要：对国内食用变性淀粉市场进行了分析。目前国内市场的需求量在40万t左右,方便面行业居首,需求量在10万t左右。变性淀粉生产企业已形成了一定的格局,第一类企业占了市场份额的80%,淀粉价格近年来在不断上涨。The market capacity of edible modified starch,the demand volume of edible modified starch in food industry and the competition pattern of edible modified starch market in our country at present were analyzed in the paper in order to provide certain references of the production and development of edible modified starch.
