英汉颜色词隐喻意义的认知比较

摘　　要：笔者在认知语言学的框架内,以隐喻为理论基础,从认知的角度分析英汉颜色词隐喻的异同。由于人类认知的共性,英汉颜色词的隐喻意义有诸多共同点,并在社会发展和跨文化交流日益频繁下渐趋一致。但是由于颜色词的隐喻与语言运用的特定历史背景及社会习俗密切相关,所以英汉颜色词中不乏不同隐喻意义。Under the framework of cognitive linguistics and based on the theory of metaphor, the paper analyzes the differences and similarities between English-Chinese color terms＇ metaphor meaning from the cognitive prospective. It exits many common points because of the similarity of human perception. With the development of society and communication between different cultures, metaphor meaning of color terms in different culture seems to be consistent with each other. But due to the relationship with historical background and social convention, there are also many differences.
