摘 要:采用了一种由PLC实现的模糊恒压供水控制系统,克服了传统PID控制设计中的参数调整困难的问题。恒压供水系统设计的关键在于保持管网水压基本恒定,由于用户较多并且用水时间不确定,管网水压波动较大,使用传统的PID方法,数学模型很难确定,而模糊控制不需要精确的数学模型,因此本系统采用模糊PID控制算法进行设计,并在实际应用中得到了满意的效果。本文同时详细地阐述了本工程设计中所涉及的上位机软件和PLC软件设计的思想和方法,并对整个工程的网络设计进行了简单介绍。This paper has adopted a kind of fuzzy controlling constant voltage water-supplying system reafized by PLC, and has surmounted the parameter adjustment difficulty in traditional PID design. The key of the design lies in maintaining hydralic prdssure of pipes net constant, since the fluctuation of hydraulic pressure of pipes net is great, traditional PID method is nearly impossible to determint mathematics model, whereas fuzzy control does not need accurate mathematics model, therefore fuzzy control is adopted in the system and has gotten satisfactory effect in actual application. This paper has elaborated in detail the methods and thoughts of the design of the monitoring computer's software and PLC's software in the project, and has carried out simple introduction for the network desing of the entire project.
