社会资本与中小企业成长的关系——西部地区企业的实证研究及启示

摘　　要：以我国西部地区的中小企业为调查对象,对社会资本对中小企业成长的影响关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,外部社会资本对企业资源获取能力有显著的直接影响,内部社会资本对企业环境适应能力有显著的直接影响,资源获取能力对企业环境适应能力有显著的直接影响,环境适应能力对企业成长绩效有显著的直接影响。We examine the relationship between social capital and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The sample of this study has 167 enterprises. The conclusion of this study has been proved that the outer social capital does remarkable direct positive effect on the capability of obtaining resources of enterprises; and the inner social capital does remarkable direct positive effect on the environmental adaptability of enterprises; and the capability of obtaining resources does remarkable direct positive effect on the environmental adaptability of enterprises; and the environmental adaptability does remarkable direct positive effect on the development performance of enterprises , and the capability of obtaining resources does the same.
