对合并高校校园文化整合的思考

摘　　要：校园文化是学校发展过程中积淀而成的价值观念和精神气质。它提供了学校生存和发展的软环境。文化的重要价值和高校合并后的校园文化面临建设难度加大、建设的内容和方向还不明确、师生对原有校园文化存在怀旧情结的现状决定了合并高校文化整合与创新的必要性。合并高校在融合过程中必须从寻找高校定位,制定学校新目标;加强精神文化的融合;规范和优化制度文化建设;加快和提升物质文化建设等方面入手,对原各校区的校园文化进行合理的吸收、整合与传承,构建新的校园文化,使之在促进实质性融合过程中发挥其独特的作用。Campus culture is composed of values and mentality accumulated in the process of development of a school,which consists the ＂soft＂ environment for its survival and evolution. The importance of a culture＇s value, the increasing difficulty of cultural construction after the colleges＇ merger, the uncertainty of the content and direction of cultural construction, and the staff and students＇ nostalgia towards their previous campus culture,all of these make it necessary to integrate and innovate the merged colleges＇ cultures. It is essential for the merged college to find its own position, set new goals, intensify spiritual and cultural merger, standardize and optimize institutional and cultural construction. It is also of great priority to accelerate and enhance material culture, to reasonably inherit and integrate the cultures of different campuses,and to build a new campus culture,so as to facilitate the actual integration of the college.
