摘　　要：作为学校实施教育、教学工作基本组织者的班主任,其素质能否适应当前课程改革的要求,关系到新课程能否顺利实施和改革的成败。培养出新型、高素质的班主任是高校的任务也是重要职责,现就其培训内容和培养方式提出几点建议,以求达到事半功倍的效果。In school education, the level of the quality and the ability of the current curriculum reform found in the instructor responsible for a class becomes important for the successful implementation of curriculum reform. It is therefore an urgent task to develop new, and high- quality instructors for colleges and universities, some suggestions on such training content and training methods are proposed in this paper.
