摘　　要：建立网络化的实验教学和实验室管理信息平台是实验教学改革的重要组成部分,是改革传统实验教学模式的重要途径。本文介绍了一种基于WEB的创新性实验教学管理系统,它建立了一种有利于激励学生学习和提高学生能力的有效管理机制,并为学生的创造性实验活动、个性化学习提供了支撑环境。笔者结合电子科技大学的实验教学改革实践,从设计思想、设计原则、系统功能和实现各个方面进行详细阐释。Creating a networking information platform of experiment teaching and laboratory management is an important component of the experiment teaching reform, and it is an important way to reform the traditional experiment-teaching mode. This paper introduces a Web-based innovative experiment teaching management system, which establishes an effective management mechanism in favor of inspiring students＇ learning and improving students＇ ability and provides a supporting environment for students＇ creative experimental activities and personalized learning. Based on the experience of the experiment teaching reform, this paper carries a detailed description from the design thought, the design principle, the system function and realization and so on.
