摘　　要：档案作为信息资源对学校的信息化建设起着重要的支撑作用。搞好教务的档案管理,对教学信息的综合开发与利用,发挥教务档案的内在潜能与优势,有着重要的意义。要坚持教务档案管理的原则,规范教务档案管理的工作内容与程序,提升教务档案管理人员的素质,做好学校教务的档案管理工作。As the important information resources, archive play supporting role in the construction of college＇s informatization. It is of important significance to develop and utilize the archive management of educational administration synthetically and make full use of the potential and advantage of archive management. The principle of archive management of educational administration should be upheld , the work content and program of it should be regulated, the quality of archive management staff should be improved so as to do the work well.
