摘　　要：着重论述了当前国际上微机电系统的相关基础理论研究、微机电系统制造工艺技术的发展、微机电系统发展动态与趋势，最后强调了探索适合我国国情的微机电系统发展途径的重要性。This paper presents the research on fundamental theory in the field of MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical Systems). It also shows relevant fabrication technologies by pointing out the recent trends and developments of MEMS. Special emphasis is finally given to the approach of exploring, studying and developing MEMS in China. 
