摘　　要：针对企业技术标准联盟运作中技术专利定价问题进行了深入研究,将实物期权的思想和理论与技术的特征相结合,改进了复合期权中欧式看涨期权的定价模型,建立了企业技术标准联盟的技术专利定价模型,对企业技术标准联盟的运作和绩效管理具有现实的指导意义。This paper goes deep into the patent permit pricing in technical standards alliances, and combines the thought and theory of object option and the characteristics of technology. It also improves the price fixing mode in complex option, and establishes a technology patent price fixing mode in technical standards alliances, which will have a practical guidance in operation and performance management of technical standards alliances.
