资源共享理念下的师资培训的思考与实践

摘　　要：文章以上海师资培训中心“伙伴合作，共同发展”项目为例，对资源共享理念下的师资培训作了初步的探讨，并就师资培训实践过程中如何实现师资培训机构与基层学校的资源共享和共同发展作了一定的思考。Taking the Partner Cooperation for Common Development Project of Shanghai Teacher Training Center as an example, this-paper makes an initial discussion for the training teachers under the idea of source sharing, and thinks about how to make teacher training organization and school achieve the source sharing and common development in the practice.
