摘　　要：文章分析了标杆管理在高速公路质量管理中的应用前景,着重探讨了公路施工企业在标杆选择阶段的瞄准策略和内外部标杆瞄准方法,并指出了在标杆瞄准过程中需注意的关键问题。After analyzing the prospect of benchmarking in highway quality control, the paper mainly probes into enterprises＇ benchmarking strategies and internal and external benchmarking methods in the selection phase of benchmarking and paints out some key issues needing attention in the process.
