摘  要:英格兰政府所提出的《早期基础阶段》(The Early Years Foundation Stage,以下简称EYFS)中对托幼机构从业人员的审查和登记备案、师幼比率及其资格、培训等方面提出了具体的要求,从中引发了对我国幼教事业中监督执行力度、师幼比率、从业人员学历以及培训机制等问题的思考。The England government had put forward the Early Years Foundation Stage which belongs to the 10 years' strategy to expand and improve the quantity of the early childhood education and care. It has established a stronger supporting net work for the families and the young children in England. From what the Early Years Foundation Stage had put forward the specific requirements about the qualifications and training of the people who work with children, we can think about something in the people who work with children in China.
