八年制医学生内科临床见习教学体会

摘　　要：临床见习是医学生由理论学习向临床实践的重要转折。八年制医学生是一种新的培养方式,目标是毕业时达到临床医学博士研究生水平。结合八年制医学生自身特点及培养目标,内科临床见习由各三级学科主治医师带教,使用多种教学方式加强品德和伦理学教育、重视三基训练和临床思维的培养、灌输循证医学观念和科研意识、促进医学英语学习,使学生全面提高,取得较好效果。For medical students, clinical novitiate is an important approach studying from preclinical medicine to clinical medicine. Eight-year program is a reform of higher medical education in China. Students in this program will get medical doctor degree when they complete all training courses and graduate from medical school. According to characteristics of the medical students in eight-year program, many kinds of teaching modes have been applied during clinical novitiate in internal medicine in order to strengthen medical ethic education and medical English, pay more attention to basic knowledge and skills, teach concept of evidence-based medicine, emphasize the cultivation of clinical thinking and scientific research consciousness. Attending physicians are responsible for clinical teaching of their respective fields. As a matter of fact, the results of clinical novitiate are satisfied.
