摘　　要：介绍了船用中速主柴油机的气缸套-活塞环磨合运转的程序,分析了提高磨合质量的措施,提出了将气缸磨合运转的程序与柴油机检修试验及船舶初期营运合理配载相结合的具体方法,在保证柴油机可靠、经济、安全工作的前提下,提高船舶的经济效益。The procedure of running-in operation of medium-speed marine diesel engine＇s cylinder and piston ring is introduced. The measures to improve the running-in quality are analyzed. The method which combines nmning-in operation procedures with diesel engine＇s maintenance test and ship＇ s initial reasonable shipping is suggested, which can enhance the ship＇s economic benefits without compromise of diesel engine＇s reliable, economic and safe operation.
