黑尔之功利主义观述评——超越行为功利主义与规则功利主义之争

摘　　要：作为传统功利主义在当代发展的两种不同倾向,行为功利主义与规则功利主义在一些基本问题上存在诸多分歧。而黑尔调和了规则功利主义与行为功利主义使之得以统一,从而在道德判断过程中避免了很多单纯的规则功利主义或行为功利主义所遇到的难题,但是黑尔的观点仍有诸多的不足之处。As two different development trends of traditional utilitarianism in contemporary, Rule-utilitarianism and Act-utilitarianism diverged from each other on the attitude of the basic issue. Hare thought that moral thinking can be divided into two levels, intuitive level and critical level, and rule-utilitarianism and act-utilitarianism can be harmonized. Hare＇s reformulated utilitarianism averted much embarrassment which rule-utilitarianism and act-utilitarianism confronted with in course of moral judgement,but he left behind some questions to resolve ulteriorly.
