摘　　要：目的:研究术前APACHEⅡ评分对肝切除术中血液制品输注的作用。方法:回顾性分析104例肝切除术患者术前APACHEⅡ评分及术中使用红细胞悬液和血浆的数量。结果:APACHEⅡ评分<5的患者术中出血为(515±80)ml,使用的红细胞悬液为(264±49)ml,血浆为(125±30)ml;而≥5的患者分别为(931±111)ml、(567±60)ml、(225±38)ml。二者相比,P均<0.05。结论:APACHEⅡ评分越高,肝切除术中需要的血液制品越多。Objective：To study the role of APACHE Ⅱ score pre-operation to infusion of blood preparation during the periods of hepatectomy. Methods：The correlation between APACHE Ⅱscore pre-operation and infusion of erythrocyte suspension and plasma were analyzed retrospectively in 104 cases who suffered from hepatectomy. Results：Those whose APACHE Ⅱscore were less than 5 had significantly lower volume of bleeding and lower infusion of erythrocyte suspension and plasma during the operation than those whose APACHE Ⅱ score were not less than 5 （P〈0.05,respectively）. Conclusion：The higher the APACHE Ⅱ score is,the more blood preparation may need to be infused during the hepatectomy.
