摘  要:课程设计要以人为本、创新发展,课堂教学要摆正教为主导、学为主体的关系,课程建设要统筹兼顾、和谐发展,使科学发展观真正成为教书育人的主题和灵魂,向上体现在顶层设计,向下落实到教学末端。It is necessary to design people-oriented and innovative courses in universities. In the classroom teaching, teacher should play a leading role while students are the principal part. The course construction should be overall planning with all-round consideration and should develop harmoniously to turn the concept of scientific development to be the genuine theme and soul of teaching, which should be embodied in the top design and realized in the teaching practice.
